Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Wrong, damaged or faulty-on-arrival parts are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. Unused, unfitted parts in their original box are accepted if you ordered the wrong part, with return shipping paid by you. Fitted or used parts and opened consumables cannot be returned; manufacturer warranty claims follow the brand's terms. Orders can be cancelled free before dispatch. Parts sold as a set are returned as the full set. Refunds are usually paid within 7 working days of the return passing inspection.
